The villa is sprawled over a spacious 2800 sq meter property with living and entertainment areas that cover over 500 squares. As you enter the compound you are instantly drawn into a Wow sensation, viewing the property as a whole. The main house is an ideal version of modern architecture mixed with traditional Indonesian materials; the recycled Teak and Binkrai hard wood floors are a rare and warm interior delight. The open plan living area lends itself to be an ideal entertainment environment; with the modern kitchen and one piece of wood dining table a major feature of the room, ideal for holiday dinner parties.
The swimming pool literally lines the decking directly in front of the main house and its generous 18 meters is a reasonable size for any avid swimmer. The salt water system and champagne plug pool just adds to the delight of tropical style living. All four bedrooms are master bedrooms with custom made king size beds, the two bedrooms in the main house both have indoor outdoor showers and bath tubs for romantic relaxing interludes.
The upstairs mezzanine is one of the strongest features of the estate with an air conditioned cinema room and adjacent pool table and bar which over looks the Zen bamboo garden; a true holiday experience.
The pool house has the perfect outdoor BBQ area with ample dining room and an outdoor bar with sound system; the adjoining master bedroom is well suited for the last man standing at the party.
The downstairs gym and meditation room overlooks the waterfall and lagoon and is the perfect view for either self-reflection or a physical challenge.
Above this the fully restored Teak bungalow with its elevation lends to dramatic views of not only the whole property but surrounding rice paddies; you can feel worlds apart here yet be experiencing this luxury villa with your friends or family.
